Garden Gate Farm
Garden Gate Farm, owned by Linda and Dave, began in 2005, when we moved to this historic four-acre property hoping to grow family as well as enough delicious food to support the four generations that have lived there. Each spring we hold a plant and seed sale: the plants are open-pollinated heirloom varieties that we grow mostly from seeds we collect from the previous year. Our seeds are available too, and are adapted for the microclimate we have here in Carroll County, Maryland.
Annual Plant and Seed Sale
A big thanks to all who came out for our April 2016 Plant and Seed Sale. We hope to see you again next year.
We offered again this year a wide variety of Garden Gate Farm heirloom vegetable, flower, and herb plants and seeds, including a host of heritage, open-pollinated varieties of tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers, basil, celery, parsley, marigolds, and more.
